a PHP knowledgebase / FAQ solution for website visitors to easily search through
articles in order to find answers to their own questions.

Providing site visitors with a knowledgebase solution can increase customer
satisfaction by addressing their frequently asked questions. This in turn limits
time and resources spent on the phone, chat, or email support. Advanced
organization, search, and related article features allow site visitors to search for
answers in the knowledgebase. They can also submit questions which can be turned
into an article which can be emailed to them. Exporting features allow visitors to
export the entire knowledgebase or any selected category to HTML or PDF format.

Version 3.0 is a complete rewrite that is 99% unencoded ; allows users to
automatically save versions of documents and revert as desired; has an AJAX based
interface for live editing, drag/drop features, and many usability enhancements;
imports articles, glossary terms, and word terms; supports RSS feeds for the entire
KB; and more.
